Subject: Looking for some information on an old Miniature??? Aberdeen Longhorn MARK III Mystery solved.

I believe this is an old Warzone Miniature, but can't find any information on it anywhere. I opened the blister pack a long, long, time ago. I did keep the sticker from the blister pack.
The miniature is an Aberdeen Longhorn MarkIII, and it has a part number of EXE-12714.
I know that Excelsior Games produced a few Chronopia minis after HHG, then Target, went bust. Did they release any Warzone miniatures? Does anyone know anything about this mini?

I am doubtful on that. When I bought these minis (I have 3 of them) it was with a messload of HHG, Target Games, and also Demonblade blisters.
The Demonblade line is well documented online. Those other companies have almost no documentation online.
If you bought this mini from a British company, it's possible it was from Prince August Games. They have a lot of the old Warzone miniatures available in their store.

It really doesn't look like part of the Warzone line. Unless maybe sculpted long after the others by excelsior.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

Here's a closer look at the head. Looks a lot like Dark Legion ( imo).
And the sticker from the blister pack.
The coding does match up with Excelsior Entertainment. I found this picture of another blister pack from the manufacturer online: http://s111.photobucket.com/user/aldrien/media/Warzone%20Rares/DMRL.jpg.html
I sold numerous HHG, Target, and a handful of Excelsior miniatures in the past. Some of the Target Games, and Excelsior Entertainment miniatures go for princely sums. I sold (on auction) a Swamp Goblin Sentinel in blister pack for somewhere between 180-200 dollars.

I'm pretty positive it's not Warzone. I researched the entire line going from the Warzone RPG some years back but saw none of this model. It also doesn't fit any of the profiles in Ultimate Warzone.
BTW, the Aberdeen breed is a type of cow, meaning the name might be a joke. Though you might've known that already.

Sounds more like a Demonblade mini to me, their shock force line had all sorts of post-apocalyptic mutant types.
I used to follow Excelsior's stuff, I don't remember anything like this.

I don't even KNOW anymore.

Pretty sure that is a Mk III Assault Fiend variant from the Legions of Steel game. Not too sure where the name "Aberdeen Longhorn" came from though.
Yeah, the body here matches.

That was a pretty tight game back in the day. Rick down at the hobbit in Fayetteville got me turned onto that one. Ive got a massive looking overlord type guy, think its a Lucifer, or something like that. He dwarfs the demons that GW has.
Great find, bro, that brings up some memories.
