i dont have the codex yet and trying to decide on what i wanna do with my eldar wraith host and considering DE ally and this would be the unit id get but yea what does it do?

It's an eldar jetbike unit (moves 12" in the movement phase, can turbo boost 36", and jet pack bounce in the assault phase if they did not turbo boost), with skilled rider and an awesome hammer of wrath attack. Each bike is str 4 ap - and rending, but one in three bikes can take cluster caltrops. Cluster caltrops is d6 str 6 ap - rending hits.

Yeah, its HoW is what makes it useful. You can clean a unit up before any other blows are even struck.
