I have recently just started infinity, only just ordered the USAriadna box set and I am very excited to start a new game system. I have basically joined infinity cause of state GW is in! In particularly how poorly I feel the age of sigmar has been introduced and executed . My question is though I know infinity doesn't have the infrastructure GW has but do they do any thing remotely similar the white dwarf magazine or a 3rd party monthly hobby magazine. As a kid I loved the white dwarf magazine especially the painting guides and I would love to find a infinity equivalent to the old white dwarfs - if there is anything could people please recommend it? Thankyou. Also any general tips for a infinity beginner would be really helpful such as articles or youtube channels.

BTW I have already bought Angel Giraldez's book and use his facebook/blog for guides.

No, there is no equivalent to White Dwarf for Infinity.

Your best bets are going to be here, the main Infinity forums, and Data-Sphere, for website resources.

I would suggest listening to the Mayacast and Krug podcasts. Both are excellent podcasts that will give you great information about the game and the US play scene.

There are multiple Youtube channels that feature Infinity, such as Guerilla Miniature Games, Mini-wargaming, etc.

There WAS an e-zine in the early days.
The bibliotek e-zine, you can still get a few issues from Ian Wood (IJW)'s Wargaming trader site.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

Angel Giraldez is their in-house painter and he frequently posts up painting guides on Facebook, as Studio Giraldez.
