Basically due to GW mess up they had to send me and extra Wyvern/Hydra sprue.... With the part left over I decided I could build either a Centaur or Salamander with some other bit's and pieces I have left I could make either a Centaur or either type of Salamander.

Now originally I wanted to build the Centaur for my CCS at only 40 points, but seeing I have a standard IG army it would be a fast attack choice and this uses up a slot I originally had reserved for my Armoured Sentinels, Vendetta and Vulture. Sadly officers cannot give orders from it... though I would love to seem them being capable seeing it's opened topped (maybe a house rule? )

Same issue with the normal Salamander concerning the Fast Attack slot, but I think it would look really cool with one of my leftover hydra's autocannon barrels. No troop carry capacity too. Comes at 55points.

This basically leaves me with a Salamander Command vehicle, with BS4 I can give it two heavy bolters, or one heavy flamer and a heavy bolter, that's 15 points cheaper than a three man Heavy Bolter HW squad with slightly more survivability and mobility. Also it has an ability if it does not fire to give enemy units within 18" an -1 cover save if it does not shoot, which in cover heavy 7th ed I though would be quite useful for my massed lasgun fire? It has night vision but not too bothered about that.

So any thoughts?
