I remember reading that for an HQ choice you could have Creed, Kell (guy with the Vox) and a MoO in a bastion and this would give you two bonuses. First would be you could issue an order to any unit on the battlefield regardless of distance and secondly you would get D3+1 orbital bombardment at the beginning of ever turn.

Is this true or am I making this up
