Hello. my new space marine chapter fluff. if you have any suggestion or critisizes to tell me please do!
Founding-second founding
Name-The blood wardens
parent chapter-blood angels
speciality-making heavy use of orbital bombardments(from there ships) and other heavy fire power they hammer the enemy. then send in lighting fast assault squads to take care of any survivors.
chapter master- Azkello koriontus
homeworld- fleet based chapter.
strength-900 marines 300 scouts. (they set up recruiting stations on any planet they fight on so they have lots of scouts)
They are a fleet based chapter who as opposed to venerating there parent chapter they harbour a disdain for them because of the genetic curses. they believe that sanguinius would have followed them had he lived and it is the fault of the blood angels who were to weak to resist the red thirst and black rage. they have no death company, anyone who succumbs is executed. they believe that sanguinius's blood would strengthen them even more so that none of the would succumb. they on on a quest to find any amount of his blood so that they may concoct a cure and give it to there number.
Timeline
The second founding- The chapter isnt founded so much as leaving there parent chapter with a small fleet and roughly 500 marines
M34-on the planet of Shatterfall V a Sorcerer of the black legion Deploys an planet wide spell that causes all battle brothers to fall into a comatose (or so they think) when they wake up anyone but them on the pplanet has been mutilated with there blood drunk fully. the chapters marines are found scattered all over the planet with no recollection of the past 48 hours. the chapter master has a suspicion though. all of the chapters serfs were killed leaving them stranded on the planet for a time until a fleet hears there calls for distress and aides them.
M41.9999 They recieve a vision of a space hulk with a heresy era craft that contians tons of sanguinius blood. they embark on a crusade there but find the craft about the be devoured by a tendril of hive fleet levithian. they ready for battle...

So after the battle for Terra a Blood Angels captain takes what's left of his company, disassociates himself from his legion and blames raldoran, azkaelon and the blood angels for the red thirst and the black rage, which is actually caused by the gene seed which they inherited from Sanguinius, who they believe would agree with them and blame the legion for the curses?

So now they're on a mission to harvest enough blood to make a cure which they would keep to themselves and not share with their parent chapter?

I'm thinking if an inquisitor or any senior Blood Angel so much as glanced at the history of this chapter they would be severely sanctioned, maybe even declared excommunicate traitoris.

Not to mention that khorne must love these guys.

Also why would they feel the people of the planet they've just invaded be worthy of the honour of being recruited into their chapter?

Sanguinius's blood is very precious and pretty much only exists in the sanguinary priests, why would there be tons of it on a lost space hulk?

You should think of ways to explain these points. Its an interesting chapter though, just needs a bit more thought and explanation.

1.if they made a cure they would share it with the other chapters so that the other chapters could become stronger like them.
