Im thinking of using a list that takes lots of drop pod marines and bikes as well as skitarii vanguard and 3 onagers with neutron lasers to take out vehicles. Is this a good plan?

The marines and bikes would bring objective capturing as well as anti-infantry , perhaps some ruststalkers for anti-elites while the onagers would be a 4++ invuln save anti take squad, take mech hand things and they get some melee defense ande IWND.
