So i have decided to start Nids since there is only one other in our meta. So i have a NIB Hive Tyrant, NiB Swarmlord, NIB Tyranofex, and NoS Carnifex as well as 3 Warriors w Bonesword& Lashwhip and Devourers.

so where should i go from here? i like the idea of Horde gargoyles and Hormagaunts so anything that would compliment that

Take a look at the Endless Swarm and Skybligt Swarm formations from Rising Leviathan II. They might catch your fancy for swarmage.

I always find Venomthropes to be dead handy for their Shrouded bubbles.

You're going to need Venomthropes or Malanthropes. A few Zoanthropes for Synapse, and loads of little bugs, maybe a couple of Tervigons if you like Termagants. They're useful.

I'm starting the same thing! Also tending towards swarms. I'm going for Endless Swarm with a CAD atm. Tervigon, Venomthropes, Zoanthropes, and a Carnifex. Also a Flyrant just because they're kind of auto-include. Basically, everything you have already and more.

If you plan on playing the endless swarm, get yourself a trygon for synapse. You can also put your swarm in reserve and make them come from the hole made by your trygon, which is amazing to ignore your low mobility. This way, you can engage your ennemi faster, you get map control and a larger part of your army will see some actions ( because runnig the whole map with 6'' movement = suicide ).
