So, I'm starting a Chaos undivided army (night lords, w00t), and I don't want to use the Chaos Lord model or anything like that.  My lt will either be biking or flying.  Can anybody suggest good ways of sprucing up standard bikers or raptors to make them look more lt-ish?  Mebbe the 8-pointed star on a pole or something?

I actually found a use for Doom Rider.  His bike has enough other due dads on it to make it different than your regular biker.  My guy is Slannesh, but here is a pic.



The skull on the bike makes a good personal icon.  You can then buff him up with powerweapons or what not.  My torso is the EC champion torso, with standard biker legs that I added some green stuff to bulk them out.  The tenticle can be used to represent demonic mutation or something like that.

Besides, you don't have to paint your guy orange.  I think a big backpack goes a long ways to helping him look more important as well.

What i did for my Raptor and Havoc Champions was
Raptor:
-Buy a normal birdie(Chainsword+bolt pistol) and remove those two.That being done,used sprue to build a set of lightning claws and incrust them into the arm sockets.The head was upgraded with horns stolen from a plastic chaos fantasy warrior and drilled the head to put them in the sockets.A clean paintjob and there.Done.
-Use spare parts from marine parts to make a new marine and make him look epic.Mine has a custom-made studded shoulder/knee pad,custom bolter-melta (made from all loyalist parts and a few chaotic ones) and a bare head with a re-placed topknot(moved it further back) to make him stand out.
Thats the simpler way to do it.I also write the name on the edge of the base so he's more obvious and noticable.
Hard way,well....do get champions and re-tune them to fit your lords.Hard but do-able.
