I hadn't noticed any specific thread on their YouTube channel, I figured to start one to guage what everyone thinks about them. Maybe discuss new battle reports and tactics and such, what they should have done, critiquing lists etcetera.

Personally I'm a big fan, and every since getting into them I just can't watch miniwargaming anymore. I even cancelled my Netflix subscription so I cold justify subscribing to the on demand channel.

I like them. I do have other channels that I prefer more (MWG Banter Batreps, Striking Scorpion and Skared Cast) but I enjoy watching their batreps as well.

TheEyeOfNight- I swear, this thread is 70% smack talk, 20% RP organization, and 10% butt jokes
TheEyeOfNight- "Ordo Xenos reports that the Necrons have attained democracy, kamikaze tendencies, and nuclear fission. It's all tits up, sir."
Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum

I agree. I just found their channel recently. It's eaten a lot of my last week. Great stuff all around!

I'd love to see an Astra Militarum game (besides the recent Dark Eldar one) where they don't get steamrolled. Removing that bloody baneblade variant would help since it never makes its points back...

I love it. It's definitely closer to Striking Scorpion than MWG, but it's fun. MWG is still my favorite as I think they have a lot more fun. However, TT seems to have stronger lists and better opponents than MWG.

I really like them, despite often bringing some very capable even tourney level lists they seem to avoid the really dumb stuff or combos i just hate... which really most means they hardly play eldar

Also I legit thought this was a thread relating to different tactics guys used on the table haha

Facts are chains that bind perception and fetter truth. For a man can remake the world if he has a dream and no facts to cloud his mind.

Tabletop Tactics make very high quality battle reports and the miniatures and scenery are amazing. Not to mention they don't get many rules wrong, unlike miniwargaming which really is painful to watch (Dave fielding a forgeworld list with the force organisation chart photocopy in his hand and then proceeds to list three fast attack slot choices which you cannot take in a purge detachment, all with rending flamers) after seeing others like Tabletop Tactics.

(Slight thread necromancy)

Has anyone seen the most recent Tau vs. Eldar game? It was brutal! As someone re-entering the hobby, who's never played competitively, those lists make we worry about mine!

First off, I absolutely love the channel! Everything from ARD/ RAIDER/ MURDR list building strategies to the banter and the Pastry Chief, most of the time I find the videos are very enjoyable and can be somewhat informative to the point I prefer these guys over MWG and SS.

As for the ITC mock-up of Eldar vs Tau, you are right; it was incredibly brutal and highlighted the potential of the psychic phase outside of your typical deathstars you come across. If I’m totally honest I thought the Eldar would have been utterly destroyed against two intercepting stormsurges and riptide variants (can’t remember name) especially after the first turn. Proves I need to play against new Tau more often.
