There are currently 4 active teams who have played between 3 and 7 games, so this is a great time to join up. There have been numerous deaths including a Nurgle Warrior, a Wardancer, a Orc Thrower (cut down just as he began to shine) as well as an Orc Lineman and a Treeman. Only the Dwarves remain unscathed, but that just means now both the Orks and Elves will be gunning for them. Come out on Sunday between 11:00 and 12:00 with a team (or if you don't have a team, bring in 11-16 miniatures to use as stand ins and take to the pitch!

Some of us are also available during the week or on Saturdays, so post here or on the facebook page and we'll see you there!

Update:

We have an experienced commissioner who has volunteered to run the league and we're aiming to start at the beginning of February. That should give everyone interested enough time to get their teams made up and to get their players in game shape.

So far we have 6 people who have commited to joining up and are getting their teams done and we're hoping more will join. We'll be playing up at Legends Warehouse in Vaughan and anyone interested in joining and or brushing up on their skills are welcome to post up and meet up for some exibition/practice games.

Also if, like me, you're new to the game or have never played before and want to join up, meet up for a few practice games and see what all the fuss is about post up as well.

You're also encouraged to post your team name/race and I'll edit it into the first thread so we can get a nice mix of teams for anyone still undecided who they'll be running out. There will likely be a facebook group started soon by our commissioner as well and details will be added as we get closer to the starting date.

Okay gents, while there hasn't been any postings here, things have been developing in the real world. I have been informed that this Sunday the Legends Bloodbowl league will be meeting between 12:00pm and 1:00pm at Legends Warehouse in Vaughan to discuss the league (I believe there are 6-8 people commited to playing at the moment) and to get our first games in, so come on down if you're interested.
