I can't see any use for a voidraven when a crimson hunter does it better, or the razor wing is cheaper, the only use is for a pure Dark Eldar army when you have no choice to use it? But please tell me I'm wrong i really want to use it. J
ust don't know how would be effective due to the points cost. Automatically Appended Next Post: Ok so i'll put a little more detail down. The void lances and void bomb sound like a great idea on paper str 9 lance and all but on an AV10 flier at base 160 points it seems ridiculous.
Please can someone tell me i'm missing something? i want to like it so much.

your guy instinct is correct. The lances are ok, but the bomb is meh cause it's one shot. It cost an arm and a leg and is made of tissue paper. In book the Razorwing is a better fighter, and with access to eldar and forgeworld things, it's a clear loser.

Unfortunately they're not that good. The lances are ok, but the bomb is just not worth it. The Razorwing is better in nearly every situation compared to it.

TheEyeOfNight- I swear, this thread is 70% smack talk, 20% RP organization, and 10% butt jokes
TheEyeOfNight- "Ordo Xenos reports that the Necrons have attained democracy, kamikaze tendencies, and nuclear fission. It's all tits up, sir."
Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum

Gah it's killing me there has to be some reason to want void weapons. I mean surely it'd be a good AA dues to high strength?

Yeah, but it gets shot to gak easily and the Crimson Hunter has double the amount of shots. It has two S8 AP2 shots and 2 S8 AP2 Lance shots (no one ever gives it the starcannons).
