Well it's here,
Sisko is ok. A skill 8 with the ability to inflict damage back on the opponent or get a
BS at the cost of an Aux. Not bad.
Nog is actually cool, 4 points to spend a Scan as if it were a
BS or evade. He will find a home on the Flyer or Pegasus

Maybe even a Breen ship
The ship itself is Federation

I didn't think they would do it but they did. Interesting ability. If you don't have a Warp Core Breach you may ignore 3 damage and take a Warp Core Breach instead. Kinda fun if you have a way to repair damage. You could easily get rid of all of the core breaches in the deck this way
Garak is kinda Uhura plus some. 3 points to disable for +2 captain skill, but during the combat phase OR discard ro-roll up to 3 attack and defense dice.
Bashir, SUCKS, 4 points, discard to re-roll any die one time. Obviously meant to go along with the Warp Core Breach the ship is taking, but meh otherwise.
O'Brien, SUCKS BIG TIME, 5 point discard, to lower your shields target someone without shields to inflict 1 damage to their hull. WHAT THE

, there are easier ways to go about this with out spending 5 points on a discard.
Dax, SUCKS, disable to place and evade token beside your ship after performing a red maneuver for 4 points, meh
Infiltration a 5 point discard to not be attacked for a round, but only if there is no friendly within 1-2 and there is an enemy withing 1-2, eh. A little situational
And that's it. I'm sure that most of these cards are good for the scenario but not adding a lot to the Feds overall. In a way I guess that's not necessarily because the Feds don't need a whole lot, so a mediocre ship every now and then is an ok thing. Sisko and Nog are a good reason to buy the pack, the rest are meh nothing to write home about. It would have been nice to get a decent O'Brien is that asking too much
