Anyone have experience running Daemons in a competitive scene without relying on Summoning? Some is understandable (basically not much else to do with Horrors if you have Charge left over, and free units are always nice), but I'd rather actually have killy units in the army.

I know there were some winning Daemon lists earlier this year, but mostly before Eldar, and I feel like Screamerstar/Dronestar are pretty poor nowadays with the changes to Psychic Powers (multiple Psykers in the same unit can't cast the same power) and proliferation of Stomp and D.

I've always really liked the idea of MC/FMC focus lists, but they seem a little difficult now. How are others running them?

I've seen 5 Tzeentch Flying Circus builds around for a while, with Fateweaver and a LOC, 3 Flying DP's, usually with a Grimoired Fateweaver tanking a 2++ re-rollable. Taking a GUO can do a similar thing with Nurgle and Shouded cover saves, but are subject to ignore cover weapons obviously.

Since Be'lakor came out he's never a bad choice. Invis is how you remain competitive with Chaos in a lot of cases. I'd imagine the new Bloodthirsters pair nicely.

I haven't seen anything recent though, so that may be out of date.
