Howdy Dakka, around Black Friday I ordered a package from Reaper. But the problem does no seem to be at their end. According to the tracking info said package has been in the UK for the past 10 days. Now this strikes me as highly unusual, even with customs (it was 2 small minis. I doubt customs would get it) and Christmas.

Should I be contacting Reaper about this as I'm at a dead end with this right now as to what to do?

I wouldn't worry, customs this time of year will be rammed. They need to process everything before yours before they even get to pass it through. Reaper won't be able to do anything as they are still in transit. They'll get to you.

I've seen a significant delay is post this last couple of weeks so it could simply be Christmas

customs will grab stuff valued at over £15 (does this fit the order?), and at this time of year they'll be really backed up so hold up there would fit too

personally I'd give them another couple of weeks especially since it seems they sent it on time

(if you paid by paypal you've got 30 days to make a claim so you want to give them time to offer a replacement/refund before that if it really has got lost)

I just posted this now to not be "that guy" where we have the typical thread of a gamer not receiving a package 2 months ago and only now they're just inquiring about it!
