Star Wars Armada can be condensed to the amazing abbreviation SWARM instead of the clunky "SW:A". Why is this not a thing? It's one extra keystroke (assuming you're using the colon in the other abbreviation) and looks way cooler

I propose that we start the movement here, Dakka. Star Wars Armada = SWARM

I agree. Especially since if you play Star Wars Armada with two fleets, it could accidentally become SWAs, and nobody wants that.

Well, swarm is used as a fairly well defined term for a style of lists in X-Wing, by the same company and often the same groups of players.

You'd have the same problem if the game title could be rendered as say BROBOTS or FATHAN.
