So, this is the Salamanders army I'm working towards buidling running the Covenant of Fire rite of war so no Deep Strike for me. The intent is to have the Pyroclasts and the Librarian in the Achilles whilst Vulkan and the Firedrakes use the Strike Eagle to get in quick and kill something. C&C welcome.

Haven't been able to analyze it closely (and a bit too busy a day to do so), but just off the top, you can't use a Librarian Consul as a compulsory HQ (the most recent FAQ gives them Legion Support Officer, which prevents it).

I knew I'd forgotten something, check the damn FAQ's! Thanks for that, I'll look for something to replace the Librarian as HQ.
