My buddies and I play casually on weekends. They play Klingon while I play Rom and Borg. I dominate with my Borg but my Roms.. Well.. I have a lot to learn lol. Anyways, my friend asked one of our other buddies who plays competitively for help on a cheese build for Klingon which allows ship to fire up to 7-9 dice and rerolls .. Something like that. Long story short (too late) I was wondering if there were any cheese builds for Borg?

trying to follow the 50 point max per ship which I know is hard. I know they are nerfed now but I still like the way they play...

This is something I made at work. Pretty standard.... I have Avatar and the Soong on top of the several spheres, scoutcubes, taccubes, & Oversized Borg Cube. I wish I had the MU Assprime. But I am getting the AssCardassian from a friend soon.

I would recommend running the named Sphere, as well as Tac Cubes with Full Assault. Both the Named Sphere and full assault grant you the ability to throw extra dice and target multiple ships a round.

The biggest problem is that the Borg don't cheese well within the standard Tournament rules. Upgrades are too expensive, Ships are too pricey (in my opinion). they have a lot of cheese available, but tournament play is very static.

If I may, I would recommend you guys mess around with the rules, and run fun games. Deck out a Tactical Cube to the nines, run a 100 point game, run a 300 point game, run a 50 point game... go outside the strict box of tournament play.
