I guess someone could figure it out if we had the size and density of the planet.

Yea I doubt anyone going to help with that attitude. I'd guess it has same gravity as the Terran minus the gravity if Mars plus gravity of ryza

Presumably to explain the grotesque proportions of the hideous plastic models.

I'm not aware of any fluff for it having a higher gravity, Only War does give Catachans a bonus to strength but doesn't say why - it could just as easily be a byproduct of having to constantly hack your way through voracious foliage day-in day-out.

I don't think Catachan has anything substantially different about its gravity vs Earth, otherwise it would be mentioned if it mattered for some reason.

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Catachan DOES have higher gravity. That's why they are so muscular/strong and can literally wrestle orks down in close combat (if orks are taken from behind).

It's all in "Straken" by Toby Frost. Unfortunately, dread tree books don't have crtl+F funcion in them so I can't ptovide you with exact quote.

There is a line in the 3rd ed IG codex mentioning that it does have a higher then normal gravity.

By how much though? Presumably, Catachans would need to evolve much stronger bones, or become much smaller in order to survive over long periods of time. Also, their life spans would be shorter.

I will forever remain humble because I know I could have less.
I will always be grateful because I remember I've had less.

I wouldn't apply irl physics (if that's what they are that you mentioned) to 40k Though stronger bones might be one of the 'side effects'. Article on 4chan sais it's "several times".

yeah but to be honest i don't trust 4chan besouce for an exemple (Catachan Barking Toad, which spontaneously combusts when startled, typically killing everything within a five meter radius, including the toad itself.) that is what 4chan says and that is what 40k and Lexicanum says the creatures are easily startled and, whenever they feel threatened, explode in a cloud of toxins which kills anything within a one kilometer radius, including the Barking Toad itself. The toxin is virulent enough that even respirators and sealed suits such as power armour offer no protection. They are known as the most toxic creatures in the galaxy.[4] so there is a huge difference 5m/1Km at least sounds huge for me
