Subject: what to use as a model for night lords recon squad?

Hey guys,
Been building up a night lords force and wanted to add some recon squads for infiltrating teleporter beacons.
The goal is to have them up field and allow me to accurately deepstrike terminators.
To infiltrate you need to have recon armor, which to me defaults to using the 40k scout kits,.
Problem is, night lords never wore Aquilas, and its on every single chest piece.... any suggestions for an alternative kit to use?
Thanks

As for your question, you can always file off those aquilas

You might do things a bit differently but I think it shows if you use the right torsos, maybe 3rd party ones, you can use regular marine torsos with other bits.
This one from anvil might work well since it doesn't look powered.

well, aquilas showed that you were part of the wars for the solar system/terra, so you could swing it. I would reccomend either just using the power armor versions, or green stuffing/ filing and removing over the aquillas.

There's a kit for recon armour on the forgeworld website. Why not use that?

The squad you're thinking of is a recon squad, but in power armour.
