If I were to have a unit comprised of two Dreadknights, with personal teleporters, and Draigo using Gates of Infinity to bounce them around, would they not benefit from teleport homers? I am assuming not, since the teleport homer requires the entire squad to be in terminator armor.

I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you

First things first, they shouldn't be in a unit together. Nemesis Dreadknights are only characters, not independent characters. So they can't join other units. It would be like having a single justicar left after the rest of the squad has died just joining the nearest unit. As well as this, even if the two dreadknights were allowed to make a unit together, which they're not, Draigo couldn't join them. The independent character special rule says they cannot join units with monstrous creatures. But to answer your actual question, yes, they could as the unit would be "entirely composed of models in terminator armour and/or models with a personal teleporter" (exact wording of the teleport homer). But seeing as how this unit couldn't exist in the first place, it doesn't matter.
