Subject: Which Chapter should I go to for an Assault Marine Army?

I wanna do an army centered around Assault Marines. Nothing big, probably no bigger than around 30 models on jump packs.
So I was wondering, which chapter would be the best for this? I'd like input for rules and theming, although not necessarily connected (I have no problems playing Blood Angels with Ravenguard rules). The two most obvious are Blood Angels and Ravenguard. I like the BAs for their specialist Assault Marines, the Death Company and Sanguinary Guard. On the other hand, Raven Guards are interesting and their rules are arguably better than the Blood Angels. Then there's, of course, a bunch of other chapters that might fit too (Carcharodons come to mind). Thoughts?

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do. |

Minotaurs are pretty great and have some good lore. Use them if you like forgeworld armies and love preheresy equipment.
Carcharcadons are basically world eaters: Kill a unit get RAEG. Also are classified under Raven Guard successors, so if you want you can just say they are RG if the Caracharcadons dont tickle your fancy.
When the Blood Angels get updated, they will likely go back to being kings of the 3+ save melee. right now they are suffering because of the lack of updated rules (formations and dreadnought attacks for example)

Currently the Ravenguard Shadowstrike Kill Team is probably the surest way to get Assault Marines (vets) into combat without dying on the way. Combined with Skyhammer it's a potent army.

Choose Space Wolves and make it work!
You can have tons of power armored Blood Claws and Skyclaws and really use volume of dice on the assault.
