The formation, what does it do? I can not find any rules on it online, as well, can you make the Tyrant in the box into a Flyrant, does it have that option or no??
I found it on ebay for 62$ so I want to get that, and I already bought 1 Tyranid swarm box, but would it be okay, or should I say, is it worth it to buy another tyranid swarm box? I found that for 120 on ebay NIB.
so alltogether it would be 182 for 40 horms, 40 terms, 20 gargs, 3 rippers, 1 carnifex, 1 tyrant, and 3 warriors.... Should I do it?

We can't quote the rules unless there is a legitimate misunderstanding or dispute. This, unfortunately, means if you really want to know the rules you'll have to buy the set and see.
From what I remember though there was no restriction on the tyrant from being a flyrant in the formation, but don't quote me on that.
If you already have one swarm box, I say go for the Start Collecting Box. The current meta isn't built for large swarms of gaunts and even if it is, you'll quickly grow tired of painting all those gaunts very quickly.

It's an amazing deal, and basically gets you free warriors. Or a free tyrant depending on what you put your money for.
Another Tyrant is nothing to go without, and Gargoyles have their uses.... warriors are considered weak, but hey, as a Tyranid player, more is better. Maybe our new (rumored) codex release this year might make us better. Instead of Pentarant.

Extremely vague rumors last year that may not be true. Someone said first quarter we're getting something, but it's not been verified or really added to since.
