Hey guys, this is my first Horus Heresy and I'm looking to make it competitive but at the same time fluffy (hence the lack of fast attack, the rad grenades and so forth).
Please tell me what you think and how I can improve it.

Spartan Assault Tank is for a tactical squad to get an early objective and the Legion Heavy Support Squad will camp on an objective. Apart from that I don't have much tactics

Please tell me any problems with my list and any potential tactics?
