As much as I like the look of these kits, this is really just a glorified advert with little real content in it. Maybe at least have some pictures of these kits painted by P to give the post some actual substance.

Post is perfectly legitimate; announcing product to the target audience is squarely within the realm of Dakka-approved content. In fact, PSC might consider starting such a thread in the News & Rumors section -- although TBH I think they are more likely to capture the right customers in this subforum.
