A friend of mine is asking me a question I have no idea the answer too. . Can Chaos Warriors be tagged with Daemons? I've tried searching online, but most answers go back 5-6 years ago. I would like more up to date answers.
And if so; What demons? Thanks~

For sure. Anything can go together in AoS. There are no army construction rules.
There are some synergies to be found with keywords overlapping between Chaos units, daemon or mortal or otherwise.

As mentioned, given there are no army construction rules, it's up to you to decide what and how much to field, and up to your opponents to decide whether or not to play against it. There are a number of homebrew army composition systems, though, any one of which might have taken hold in your area, and these might restrict players to a single arbitrarily designated subset of models, so check with your local scene to see if any such comp system is in place.
In general, though, no, there's nothing preventing you from mixing various types of chaos units, or even chaos units and non-chaos units, in your army.

Oooh! Thank you for the answer! I'll send him the text message about this. See, I had no idea about this as, well as long I've been now. . About maybe eight months into this hobby, I've got a lot to learn still!
So far having fun with my models! Got a bunch for Christmas~ GO SKAVEN!

Skaven are a lot of fun. Some nice sub-themes in there, too, between the stealthy Eschin, the putrid Pestilens, the magitech Skryre, etc.
As an Undead player - a Nagashi undead player in particular - I'm always excited to see an opponent deploying Skaven opposite me on the table, as they're long time enemies and rivals of Nagash. If you ever get the chance, read the Nagash origin trilogy (Nagash the Sorcerer; Nagash the Unbroken; Nagash the Immortal). The latter two books in particular cover Nagash's early wars with the Skaven, and detail how the Skaven once saved the entire Old World from an endless tide of Death.
Also End Times: Archaon, which covers, among other things, Nagash's final attempt to snuff life from the Old World and claim its sterile remains for himself before the Chaos Gods could destroy it, which was again foiled by the Skaven, forcing Nagash to make nice with the living for once.
One of my relatively few complaints about Nagash's fluff in the End Times was that he didn't get a proper duel with Skreech Verminking, first of the Verminlords and greatest daemonic servant of the Horned rat, a malign being created from the shattered souls of the members of the Council of Thirteen that had been active when Nagash first rose to power, who were slain in the arcane backlash when they pooled their magical abilities to protect their chosen human pawn from Nagash's baleful wychfire long enough for the assassin to cut the Great Necromancer down.
Fluff for Skaven and the Undead is still kind of hard to come by in Age of Sigmar, but skaven interplanar incursions tunneling into the underworlds of Shyish - forcing Nagash to fight on multiple fronts with no escape path and access to his deepest stores of power cut off - were instrumental in cornering and weakening the Undying King, allowing Archaon to defeat Nagash in personal combat, destroying his body and forcing his spirit into remission, albeit temporarily.

Reading the lore for Skaven. I giggled as the Skaven accidentally saved the world or accidentally did good things.
