I'm fairly curious about how I would do this as a new dark eldar player and my last 40k game came from 5th edition 40k with guard.

I was planning on using a fairly mobile hard hitting force with a spam of 36" range splinter cannons and disintegrator cannons all of these provided by 3 venoms, 2 ravagers, a haemonculus with a some warriors or trueborn with blasters, a raider, 2 units of 5 scourge with 4 with blasters on one squad and 4 with haywire blasters on the other and not a whole lot else.

The general idea with this list is to stay pretty much no closer than 36" unless I have to and moving fast while doing so and jinking if I must. I may bring in toher units though like scourge to go for anti tank destruction but certain things (heavy weapons esp.) concern me most with this loadout.

Not sure what you are actually asking here - its a little vague with no actual question I can see. There is a Dark Eldar tactics thread already here -
