GK:

Pros- all units have 2+ t4 and t6 possible invisibility or some other psykic thing

Cons- weaker models but strengthened by psycic powers- no ignores cover may lose in kill points. Any suggestions?

The Eldar are much faster and (like Orks) having more bodies/wounds at a lower points level is (in my opinion) a huge benefit. The jetbikes are SO fast across the board that you can just avoid much of your enemy and hit from a distance, then swoop in for objectives.

Think if you played the two lists against each other, the Dreadknight would *maybe* catch up, maybe, to burninate some jetbikes, while the rest of the GK just sit with only a 24" threat bubble (30" with movement/shooting) and do not a lot else.

Not sure where your archon would go, the Venom only holds 5.

Overall the DEldar list would preform better, but mainly due to cheese of scatbikes. Although you would get less hate from the GK list (although both are fairly competitive, make sure that your meta can handle these).
