I know this is a newer model from what I've read but is there no data slate for it or anything? I have the 7th edition codex but he's too new for it and I can't seem to find any answers in the search.
I wanna field him in my small army I just started, I also use the battlescribe app on my phone but doesn't seem to be on there either. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The new Blood Angels Chaplain is just a new model for an already existing unit in the Blood Angels codex, namely a Chaplain (H.Q. choice). Just select the Chaplain in Battlescribe, and then make him WYSIWYG appropriate.

In order to make the new Chaplain conform to the wargear he carries, you'll need to give him a Jump Pack (to include the Angel's Wing Relic jump pack if you wish), and an Inferno Pistol (Melta Pistol) instead of the standard Bolt Pistol he comes equipped with by default. The model also has Power Armor on of course, plus a Crozius Arcanum (Power weapon - Mace) as well as a Rosarius (4+ invulnerable save) as well as Frag & Krak Grenades.

As far as that new Chaplain being a 'named character' a-la Lemartes or Astorath, to my knowledge it is just a generic Blood Angels chaplain.

Based on his wargear, the Chaplain should run you 120 points with a Jump Pack and Inferno Pistol upgrade. It'll be 130 if you opt to run The Angel's Wing relic jump pack instead.
