Subject: New Tau Army HELP NEEDED

Hi people of dakkadakka I'm a noob at 40k just got into the game and I decided to start with tau. I got the new tau codex, the infiltration cadre but not how the wanted me to build it, I built the ethereal with a hover drone, recon armor, and a honor blade. I built my pathfinders with nothing except for pulse blasters. my stealth team has all burst cannons. my piranha has just a burst cannon. i also got a fire warrior team, 5 strike guys, and 5 breacher guys. 110+45+45+40+100+65= 365 points. i want to get to 500 points, cause that's what my friends play. I haven't included any drones, so please tell me about the ds8 tactical support turret, a gun drone, two marker drones, and the recon drone. Also think cheap as possible please. Also can I use the formation even if I didn't build it that way. Also what is that little model besides the drone and the three stealth suits in the set?
