This question is specifically about Regeneration for Nids, but may have application elsewhere depending on the answer. When an attachment exhausts does the attached card still get to use the attachments effects. For Regeneration, when it exhausts does the attached unit still have +2 hit points?
Regeneration: Condition.
Attach to an army unit. Limit 1 per unit.
Attached unit gets +2 HP.
Action: Exhaust this attachment to remove 2 damage from attached unit.
