Valve have released their benchmark test for their upcoming Vive VR system.

My system is merely 'capable' due to 'only' having a GTX770.

First generation VR is going be to very expensive as the headset kits cost £600+ and require powerful hardware.

Best piece of advice: skip the first generation of VR. It's very expensive for the average consumer and will have severe problems the next generation will fix - in a not-so-long time.

Interestingly enough, same here, mainly due to the GPU. Not that I'm buying into the hype, but it was fun to see how well my system would do.
