With the Deathwatch coming up I was thinking of getting the White Dwarf 109 and 110 on iPad. I haven't bought one in a long time and now I only see "tablet edition" and "mobile edition". I take it mobile edition is for cell phones but is the tablet edition for android as well? They are both $3.99 Canadian while before when I bought a WD for iPad it was $4.99.

So my question is, is there no more WD interactive versions for iPad and I should be getting the tablet edition? I am asking since I am not familiar and could have missed something.

I see there is no interactive version anymore. Has GW stopped the White Dwarf interactive iPad versions now?

Yes, they have. It's the "tablet" and "mobile" editions now. They both cost the same (£2.49 here).

Just for note, I can tell I didn't need this app. I could have just bought the regular version since this is not interactive.

Am I correct GW doesn't make interactive versions anymore for the iPad?

There is no digital version of White Dwarf called an "interactive" edition any more (if there ever was for WD).The most appropriate version for reading on the iPad is the "tablet" edition. It has links to the relevant product pages on the GW website.

For Codexes, it seems like the files themselves are title "Enhanced editions" now, although they're listed under the "Interactive iBook" checkbox in the Book Format menu entry on the website.

Also, my understanding is that if you buy White Dwarf via the app (or perhaps from the Black Library website), you get the Tablet and Mobile editions together. If you buy it through iBooks, you only get one or the other.

White Dwarf never had an interactive version, it had an ugly as sin ebook version and now it has much better looking versions that are basically PDFs (mobile/tablet).
