Hey everyone, I heard there was a forge world ork hq that could make certain fast attack units troops but without a name I'm finding it difficult to find this guy, does anyone know of an ork hq that does this? Thanks

It's probably Zhadsnark Da Rippa, with Warlord trait he make Warbikes Troops and gives them Scout.

I'm finding it difficult to find this guy

The reason for this is that the book he is in is a out of print 5th edition book (IA8) ; )

There is a hidden 6th edition update file ( the one above) but it isn't written for the 7th edition codex so it has some rule issues.
Such as Ra rippa having no 'ere we go and some other oddities / rule mismatches.
