What kind of bullgryn, and what kind of leman russ are you running?

The medipack in your CCS isnt going to see much use, unless you switch over to plasma guns. either way its a borderline upgrade.

HWTs are generally considered a waste. They are not very mobile, not reliable to receive orders, and very very fragile.

With those points you could move the flamers from your vets to your PCS, and upgrade to some better weapons to make use of that BS4 in your vet squad. plasma is good, so is melta. Also the double flamer on your vet chimera will almost never be effective, since you can only fire 1 weapon at full BS on a chimera is moving around, meaning the second snapfires, so the only time you will ever use the dual template is if you sit still. with a ML or HB at least you can snapfire them, and start engaging with that chimera first turn.

Standard grenade gauntlet bullgryn (because slab shields), and standard leman russ. I have been considering switching to plasma on the CCS, but I'm still debating about the medipack, and will probably go with melta on the vets.

More I talk to people the more I hear HWT is useless, so I might drop them to fit in something else.

Completely forgot the chimera will only fire 1, I'll definitely swap it out for something different.

If you already have the HWT models they are ok to put in an infantry blob. Just running the 3 team squad is a waste. And if you want to keep them going a little bit you can issue forward for the emperor to the blob to make them at least shoot and run.

The melta vets in a chimera a good bet. but since there is only 2 fire points to save points you dont have to take the 3rd special weapon or grenadiers, since pretty much when the chimera is done they wont stick around long.

I wish I could comment on the slab shield bulgryn...I think they are awesome in theory and awesome models if not a little pricey, I bought some as soon as they came out and I have still never used them because of the point cost.

The heavy bolters on your Leman Russ will always snap fire because of the ordnance weapon, making it not optimal. You could switch to a non ordnance variant or drop the upgrades. My personal favorite is the Eradicator. Cheaper not as heavy a hitter but still allows 3 HBs to fire at full bs and ignores cover...for less then a stock standard battle tank.
