Some people, myself included, believe that since there's no shooting profile, the fact that its a witch fire attack just means that's how you select the target and the direction from which to remove wounds. It doesn't need to hit, so being BS 0 doesn't effect this.

Others will say I'm flat wrong. It's up to you and your opponent to decide which you think is correct.
