Living in the middle of no where I don't have the luxury of walking into my local game store every week to see what new stuff came out.
On top of that the only shop that carries games workshop usually light orders stuff. So my question is did GW ever make tactical cards
for Tyranids? It is my normal army and have other set for other armies but none for my favorite army..

No. Tactical cards tied to a specific codex release started around the time of Orks/Blood Angels. Codexes that came before that, like the Tyranid one, have to use the generic tactical objectives. I'd venture there will be a set - whenever the new Tyranid codex comes out....
