If the fight is going to happen within 18" of your setup, you can probably use the Bloodsecrator's ability on the first turn.

Blood Reavers are not worth it.

How come they are not worth it? To me they look effective for their cost under SDK (and PPC), and quite alright when near all the ragers:
- Lord of Khorne on juggernaut
- Bloodsecrator
- Wrathmongers

With love from Denmark

Yeah, Reavers can start wracking up attacks when put close to Mongers and the Secrator. With the buffs they are tough to ignore.

Oh it's because I don't play with any other comp than sometimes wounds. But last time I went to my local GW for a game, we agreed on wound cap and once I saw his army I had his 20 bloodreaver count for 5 wounds.

I revised this list a bit...

Heroes

- Wrath of Khorne Bloodthirster
- Lord of Khorne on Juggernaut
- Bloodsecrator

Units

- Khorgorath (1)
- Blood Warriors (10) - Full Command, Goreglaive, Dual Axes
- Blood Reavers (20) - Full Command
- Wrathmongers (5) - Champ
- Skull Crushers (3) - Full Command
- Flesh Hounds (8)

Having the big centerpiece beasty I think will help. He can dish out a lot of punishment. The hounds I have not been terribly impressed with yet but we shall see if I can make them work better.

Do like the second list. Uberthirster for centerpiece / tearing faces off / unbinding like a boss, at the cost of less awesome heroes and that wee BW unit and a ninth (heretical!) daemon dog. Total worth.

Jugger lord is clearly your general, I'm guessing? Wraththirster's CA is meh outside of DOC, and not all that awesome within it

Jugger Lord is the Commander. Wrath-thirster does not have to be the commander in order to use his ability so, the dogs can run and charge every turn if I want them to

Not sure what you meant regarding the Wrath of Khorne Bloodthirster. Did you mean that you guys play that all heroes can use command abilities, not just the general?

No, what I mean is, I misread that as a only a Hero ability rather than a command ability ;p Jugger Lord will be the Commander however.
