Hey all, I was wondering if there was any store (online or brick-and-mortar) that stocks and/ or sells Forge World stuff? I've been interested in far too much of their stuff, but it's a pain to get over here. For a book and a tank, it would cost me around $50 for shipping on top of the $370 for the items.

Check ebay, but don't search for FW, try the unit name you want.

They don't really exist, at least not real companies that stock their stuff. FW doesn't have a distribution/trade program, so a store would pay exactly the same thing that you do to get it here.

By the way, If you're spending $350, you can just spend $50 more, and get free shipping (IIRC it kicks in at 200 GBP?)

On the other hand, be aware that I've had a lot of orders screwed up by UPS, and been double-charged for tax -- once though FW at the point of purchase, and once during customs clearing. I've given up on trying to get my money back.

Now, I keep my orders to as small as possible and just pay the 15% shipping fee. Not only does it mean that I just buy what I want instead of looking for some other thing to add to my order, but also, since it will arrive via Canada Post, it won't have the brokerage fee or double-tax.

The only place to buy FW stuff is from FW. They don't have any distributors or wholesalers. You can try eBay but be careful not to get recasts.

Some UK GW stores hold a little bit on FW stock. It might be a one-off, or a special though their regional manager or something, but I sometimes see FW books on the shelves in there.
So, IF you have a local GW, talk to them.

If you are looking for some forge world from a few years ago. There is a store called meeplemart in toronto that sell some old forgeworld models in stock.

Keep in mind they do not sell forgeworld regularly, whatever they have is old.

I can't recall exactly, but I think Meeplemart does consolidated orders of FW with customers to hit the free shipping threshold. Give them a call though as I might be confusing them with another store in TO.
