Hey all. Just theorycrafting for fun and deciding which models to buy for my army. Looking for more of a Nidzilla army. Sorry, not going to go 4 Flyrants, 2 mawlocs ect ect. Looking for a more unique, fun yet still effective army. Feel free to post your ideas, critiques, changes, flaws ect. Please leave the "Nid need 4 flyrants to play" attitudes at the door. I'd rather this be a more positive build thread than a "Nids sux" thread. Thanks!

Ripper Swarms entire purpose in life would be to capture objectives. Turn 1 would be filled with ranged attacks from the Biovores, exocrine and warrior brood. Swarmlord would close the gap during this time with his three trusty bodyguards. Turn two would be dropping in the Dimachaeron and Mawloc.

The SL is easy prey for some characters, so gants will help negate that by creating a bubble, plus it's fluffy. However Gargoyles work better with offering him a 3+ cover save also if addition of thrope.

I feel your list isn't enough Nidzilla to warrant the name

A Tyrannofex, Tervigon and Carnifex will add to the feel and offer a lot here. Only my suggestion, and removes the warriors, mawloc, biovores, crushing claws. The dakka flyrant is obviously the crutch here so hard to say not keep it.
