It takes three spoonfuls of sugar to get to the moon sooooo...

Seriously though if you are talking slower than light travel, i'd expect quite awhile.

Would take us 9.5 years to get to Pluto...I assume the IoMs ships could scoot pretty good in slower than light travel, so let's say they could do it in...a few years?

Edit: or did you mean the imperial sector (buildings and such) on a planet? I'd expect fairly quick then.

According to the Rogue Trader RPG - which retains Battlefleet Gothic's definition of an Imperial Sector as a cube 200 light years wide - "A journey across the body of a full Imperial sector using accurate information and known warp routes." takes an average of 30-60 days.

Travel through the war =
In all the fluff I have ever read, it just doesn't seem like there really is a universal answer to this. Warp travel can be impossibly fast or you can be lost forever. I know it doesn't help answer your question, but it is worth pointing out. If you are wanting to know for a campaign or rpg, feel free to make it whatever you feel sounds reasonable, as there is certainly evidence for your answer somewhere.

Active armies, still collecting and painting First and greatest love - Orks, Orks, and more Orks largest pile of shame, so many tanks unassembled most complete and painted beautiful models, couldn't resist the swarm will consume all
Armies in disrepair: nothing new since 5th edition oh how I want to revive, but mostly old fantasy demons and some glorious Soul Grinders in need of love

Stolen boldly from the warp... er... web:

Rogue Trader RPG rulebook, p184:
Passage within the Warp - Voyage:
1 day - short passage between two close systems by a well travelled stable warp route
5-10 days -A journey between systems in the same subsector using accurate navigational information
30-60 days - A journey across the body of a full Imperial Sector (such as Calixis, 200 LY cube) using accurate information and known warp routes.
100+ days - A perilous journey across a Segmentum at best speed avoiding only the worst known hazards
Several Years - An odyssey across the galaxy

For an average warp route, 12 days pass objectively for each day subjective time.
This can be decreased for stable, well-travelled routes to 1:1 and increased several times for dangerous routes.
These are the guidlines, and the tides of the Warp can be fickle, so it depends a lot.

Necron Codex
It mentions a Sister doing a pilgrimage to Sanctuary 101, crossing 2/3 of the Imperium's width, taking 307 days subjective and 6 years objective time.

A revolution is an idea which has found its bayonets.
