So,I was wondering, what would happen if a Pariah used spook? Does anyone know? Would it not affect him? Harmful side affects from his body rejecting it? Make him high? I looked around and I couldn't find much that would be any sort of definitive answer.

Well given that it seems to be based around the user's presence of soul in the warp (which pariahs effectively don't have) I don't think it'd do anything. There's no psychic gene or power to awaken and I'd guess that his anti-psychic aura would neutralize what little it would potentially do.

The physical effects of Spook are analogous to LSD or psilocibin, so the Blank would still get high, they just wouldn't run the chance of manifesting psychic powers.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.
