Hello Dakka Dakka.

So I have been collecting eldar for few month's now, only a small force, but looking to expand with them each month etc.

Came up with a list I quite like and thought I would see what the great Dakka members thought.

Any suggestions welcome.

It's kinda hard to discern your info with all the extra parentheses, ellipses and listing of equipment we all know what they come with.

Try this:

All that said, Wave Serpents need a bit more to survive. Holos or GhostWalk (to gain Cover Save). It reads like a 6e list (last codex), which is still good. Is this garage game or tourney?

Now that I'm looking at it, WaveS are Fast Attack, but I don't think there's a game mechanism allowing to take them willy-nilly in formations anymore.

And yh, I should really put more time into the layouts when posting.

The list is more for just casual gaming but aiming to be competitive.

I plan to start entering tournaments etc once I have learned the game and the army more.

Serpents in the formation is kosher, and probably the only way they're still viable. I wouldn't bother with the Shuriken cannon on the Falcon, since its other guns should predominantly be hunting armour. Also, not sold on the warlocks with the Jetbikes, would rather another Jetbike squad

But, only because there are the 3 slots available in the Fast Attack, yes?

What makes a Jetlock work with other Scats is either Protection, giving them 2+ or usually Reveal, yielding an easy KP or First Blood by nailing a rhino or razorback. And these are still quite prevalent in the meta, with Demi-Co and the new SW.

The serpents are dedicated transports. They're taken by the units in the formation and considered part of the formation for all rules purposes, meaning they get +1BS.

Still prefer another squad over investing psychic resources for the bikes. The mini council will be using up most dice and has priority, IMO.
