Subject: Reducing Agility to Zero

Greetings.
I'm currently reading over Latts Razzi's ability, which reduces a targets Agility by 1 for an attack. However, it's the only card I can come across that doesn't specify "to a minimum of 0". So, can it lower, say, the Millennium Falcon's agility to 0? Or can it not take it below 1 Agility?

It would cap at 0, since there are no mechanics for Agility -1.

The only reason I question this is because I had someone argue at a tournament that if it doesn't say "to a minimum of 0" than it can't go to 0. I couldn't find any hard evidence to support my side of the argument.

That's some insane logic right there. If it doesn't specify a minimum, there is no minimum.

That's a holdover from 40k. In 40k, reducing characteristics to zero often kill the model, or prevent it attacking at all, so there tend to be a lot of clear instructions about whether you can or not.
In X-wing, native 'agility zero' ships exist.
The only thing to note is that, as said, you can't go into negative agility. At agility zero, you get no green dice by default, but can still get bonus green dice (for range, or obstructions). These dice can't be taken away by "reduce your agility" effects, because they don't come from agility.
By comparison, Wedge (whose ability is just "roll one less defense die") can.
Universal Rule: Do what the card says to do, do not do what the card does not say to do. X-wing is pretty good at having consistant rules, and doesn't have many 'hidden assumptions' compared to 40k.
