Hi guys and girls

I'm totally new ti AoS and WFB been playing some 40k but fancied a change after falling in love with some of the models for AoS

I want to make a semi competitive list but have no real idea what to add im going to get the start collecting box so models I will have are

Arkhan the black
Black knights (x5)
Skeleton warriors

Our FLGS runs some 1250 point games so I'd like to get to about that level but have no idea on what's good what's ok want to avoid

My kid is doing a death army right now, as well. We're new to AOS, but veterans of 40K, so take this FWIW. I would add some Grave Guard, for sure. 2 attacks, -1 rend, +1 to save rolls against non rending weapons, and with a standard bearer, you get back D3 of your losses in your hero phase. Wight Kings give some good buffs, as do Vampire Lords. I'm working on a Slaves to Darkness army, and with the stuff he has, I really need to rethink some choices, lol. Death is pretty cool. Lots of magic, resurrection, rending weapons and Bravery 10.
