You don't have enough crowd control or models at all for that matter. If you end up playing Crusade it's nice to have some cultists w/ mk of nurgle. Maybe trade the havoc launchers and melta bombs for a unit of nurgle cultists? Another thing if this is a tournament is trying to squeeze a helldrake in if you can, scares a lot of players to death and can be effective.
