I want to try out a K-Wing with a Z mini swarm and having been playing around trying to sort out a decent list to test when I next get to play a casual game, so far this is what I've come up with

Miranda Doni (46) - K-Wing
Twin Laser Turret (6), Extra Munitions (2), Chewbacca (4), Proximity Mines (3), Advanced SLAM (2)

Lieutenant Blount (19) - Z-95 Headhunter
Veteran Instincts (1), XX-23 S-Thread Tracers (1)

Tala Squadron Pilot (17) - Z-95 Headhunter
Concussion Missiles (4), Guidance Chips (0)

That comes in at 99pts. For a while I've ha Bandits rather than Tala's, but I can't find anything worth spending the last three points on, and I'm not entirely sure having the initiative will be good for this list. With the Z's I figure chucking 4 dice each, hopefully with a focus, and the blank to hit from the missiles and the modification from the chips, they should get a fair number of hits between them, which should hurt something early.

Should I go back to using Bandits, and if so, what should I spend the last few points on? I considered a stealth device on Blount just to make sure he fires his tracer missiles, but since he'd be PS8, it seemed a bit of a waste

For Miranda, I'd rather have C3PO over Chewbacca.
And with the point saved, I'd take Conner Net over Prox Mines.

Or use Blount, with VI and give him the X23SSthingymajigs. Shoots, hit automatically, he's given the other two Zs a free target lock.

You could severely damage even a Decimator in a single turn.

If I owned a C-3PO card I would definitely be using him over Chewbacca, however I can't really justify spending 60 odd quid on a ship to get one card, and lost out on the alt art one at a tournament as I was using an untested list.

I'm using Blount with the XX23 s-thread tracers, he's the one with VI. Figured it was best to give him VI to increase the odds of him being able to shoot the tracers and do his job before dying. He's also why i get unsure about the initiative with this list. Miranda doesn't want it, so that she can decide to SLAM or not relatively safely, whilst Blount would probably prefer to have the initiative so that he can more easily perform his role.

They'll pop up on eBay soon enough after this season of tournaments is over, I reckon.
