I am TheLionDA as my name states of course, i got into 40K because my friend had been playing and i thought to myself i would never do that its too much work to assemble and then paint them when everything costs so friggin much! Well, i played the Third Person Shooter "Space Marine" which some may or may not have played or regard it as the best game that GW has pumped out, and i dont think that either, but it got me enough into 40K that i went on eventually to start researching and found a nice starter kit which was Dark Vengeance and i got it for 50 dollars instead of 110! for 48 miniatures and two different factions that my local game shop will let me proxy as either or thank god, thats a great deal! I slowly fell into intrigue by the secrecy and just the pure awesomeness of the Dark Angels that i represent them with pride! ive played a couple games by now and ive only won once so far unfortunately but thats really not the point of playing 40K its simply just to have fun which ive had my fair share of, a guy i play with at my game club has a defiler and we ended up naming it Mr. Krabs! Ive already been exposed to dakka but look forward to a great time!
