hey guys
had this model for a bit, picked it up cheap at a carboot to resale, going to list it on ebay but i cant find any info on it.
i have looked through oop catalogs and looked through countless image pages and havent found one picture of the model.

he dosnt look like he has any special wargear or anything out of the mordian usual. so this leads me towards the squad leader/Sargent idea its just wierd that i cant find anything on him.

he is wearing the mordian usual uniform, has a lasgun in one hand with an autopistol held above his head in the other hand.
on his slotta it says GOOD GUY

any ideas of where i can find out about this model would be greatly appreciated

i can try and upload an image if needed

I've never heard of a mordian with lasgun/pistol. I've certainly never heard of any GW model simply called "GOOD GUY" on the tab.

A picture would help, but odds are it's an unofficial casting or conversion.

What's Last Chancers? A GW game? Never heard of it...

They were a special character unit back in 3rd edition. Gav Thrope wrote some books about them. Inspired by "the Dirty Dozen" movie.

Ah, Hero. The Last Chancers were all great models, he wasn't my favorite.

He's not exactly a Mordian, but I can see the casual confusion.

If I remember correctly, the characters in the book weren't the same as the characters in the tabletop unit. Probably because most of the Last Chancers tend to die, lol.

I think he was actually an officer that refused a suicidal order, at least according to my vague memories of the 3rd edition IG codex.

For a variety of reasons, I'm guessing Commissars would not be assigned to penal legions.

The Last Chancers series is definitely worth a read. They're pretty good.
