I've got an upcoming 1k Team Tourney, and I came up with the following list:

Hornet Swarm:
Hornet with Pulse Laser x 2

Wraith-Construct:

Fortification:
Skyshield landing pad (This will be a custom made eldar version of a landing pad, not the standard imperial version. surface area was built to original specs)

Essentially, the fluff is that a light mechanized squadron was detached to secure the landing pad, so that a wraithfighter could successfully be rescued. The practical usage is that the hornets can use it to get a 4++ save, increasing their survivability. Do you think this list is fluffy and thematic or not. If not, how so, what would you change? Thanks for any input.

It fits the theme decently well. I'd personally have some infantry (Dire Avengers or Guardians or the like. Maybe even some Dark Reapers to really keep it secure) to have a force actually capture the landing pad and stay on it to hold it.

I'm not entirely sure how you'd integrate them, but that's at least what I think for your theme. Otherwise, I like it.
